All NFC-enabled Android phones and iPhone 11 and newer. That covers the vast majority of smartphones in use today.
iPhones take a brief moment to detect as a security measure. Hold the top edge of the phone steady on the tile for a second. On Android, make sure NFC is enabled in Settings and touch the camera bump or centre of the phone's back to the tile.
Yes on both counts. They're made from durable recycled and biodegradable plastics and handle getting wet. Wipe them down without worry.
Any printed insert at the panel size: a menu, price list, promotion or seasonal card. Download the template from the configurator, design to it at 1:1, and print on card.
Yes. The weighted base and the reclined ramp keep it stable in normal front-of-house use, and there is nothing to clamp or screw down.
No. NFC tiles are passive. They draw power from the phone reading them. Nothing to charge, nothing to replace.
Yes. For an additional €15 per part we'll source filament matched to your brand. Some colours may not be available from our suppliers. If so we'll confirm the closest match with you before printing. Every colour in the standard palette is included at no extra cost.
A vector SVG or PDF is ideal, and a high-resolution PNG works too. Download the logo plate template from the configurator, design to it at 1:1 scale at 300 DPI, and your logo will land exactly where you expect. Logos with more than four colours, gradients, or very fine detail can't be embossed. We apply a direct-to-film sticker instead.
Always. A digital proof is sent for your approval before we go into production. Nothing gets made until you sign off.
