No account, no software, no setup wizard. Your Tap Tiles products work straight out of the box. Everything is pre-loaded before it ships.
Yes. Get in touch with support and we change the links for you, typically 1-5 days.
All NFC-enabled Android phones and iPhone 11 and newer. That covers the vast majority of smartphones in use today.
iPhones take a brief moment to detect as a security measure. Hold the top edge of the phone steady on the tile for a second. On Android, make sure NFC is enabled in Settings and touch the camera bump or centre of the phone’s back to the tile.
Yes. The weighted base and the reclined ramp keep it stable in normal front-of-house use, and there is nothing to clamp or screw down.
No. NFC tiles are passive. They draw power from the phone reading them. Nothing to charge, nothing to replace.
Yes, any colour. Pick it in the customiser. If it is not one of our stock colours, we send a colour check before printing: have it printed in the nearest stock colour at no extra cost, or have your exact colour ordered in for €15 per part, which adds to the lead time.

A note on custom colours

We order the filament for your colour from our suppliers, so a custom-colour build takes longer than a stock colour and cannot go by express delivery. Checkout will offer standard delivery only, and sourcing can push the date past 20 days.

Your exact colour can be ordered in for €15 per part, or we print the nearest stock colour at no extra cost. You choose on the colour check after checkout.

If your exact colour is not available, we contact you to confirm the closest match before anything is printed.
